• Test coordination and management
• Collection and delivery of feedback
• Daily testing reports

3. Developer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your app
• Ensure your app complies with all applicable laws
• Pay for services as agreed
• Maintain confidentiality of tester identities

4. Tester Responsibilities

• Provide honest, constructive feedback
• Respect confidentiality agreements
• Test apps according to provided instructions
• Use only approved devices for testing

5. Payments and Refunds

• Developers must pay fees before testing begins
• Testers will be compensated as per agreed terms
• Refunds are available only under specific circumstances

6. Intellectual Property

Developers retain all rights to their apps. Testers retain rights to their feedback. Qube Grate retains rights to its testing methodologies and reports.

7. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during testing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qube Grate is not liable for:

• Any bugs or issues in tested apps
• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Tester actions beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Certain provisions survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts in Mumbai.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
